Instructions for Online Banking Enrollment 

  • Visit www.gm-fcu.org and click “First-Time User?” under the “Online Banking” graphic.

  • Enter your account number and SSN

    -You may need to ask a member service representative for a temporary password.

  • Follow the instructions on your screen to change your temporary password and set up your security questions and other settings.

    -You may need to provide the primary member’s 4 digit birth year.

  • When the It’s Me 247 screen appears, you are in!

Note: You can only access your secure online storage by logging into online banking from any desktop computer.

Connecting to It’s Me 247 Online Banking

  1. Enter your account number (or username, if you have one) and click ‘Submit’.

  2. Enter your password and click ‘Submit’. If you have logged in before, you will also need to answer one of your chosen security questions, now.

  3. When the It’s Me 247 screen appears, you are in!

    *If you are an owner on more than one credit union membership, ask us about setting up controls to make it easy to see or jump between your accounts in online banking.

Text Banking How-to Guide

Receive banking information in a convenient way by texting your credit union at IM247 ( 46247) Stay informed with real-time text alerts.

Text banking lets you perform numerous transactions like these.

  • Send a text message command to receive text message replies regarding the balance of your savings, checking, certificate, and loans.

  • Enroll in e-Alerts and receive notices regarding account balances, electronic deposits, withdrawals, or when a payment is due.

One-Way Text Alerts

You can set up one-way Text alerts via the e-Alert Subscriptions page, and create alerts similar to your standard e-Alerts:

  • Account balance

  • Notification of an ACH deposit or withdrawal

  • Notification that a loan payment is due

  • E-Notice notification

How Much Will This Cost?

Text banking will be free for all members. Please check with your mobile phone carrier if you aren’t sure what fees apply when you send and receive text messages.

How to Get Started

You can enroll in Text Banking by hovering over the ‘Go Mobile’ button on the It’s Me 247 toolbar. Then click Text Banking to access the enrollment screens. After enrollment, text commands to IM247 (46247)
